September Field Trip

Our September Field Trip will be on Saturday September 16 at 8am. We will be visiting the Lakeview Rd. Area of the Creek. We will meet in the parking lot near 2900 Lakeview Rd. Memphis, TN 38116. Look for the Nonconnah Creek banner.

The walk from the parking area to the creek is short, however part of the trail is likely to be overgrown due to low usage. This part of the creek is pretty sunny so plan accordingly. Long pants and close-toed shoes are recommended.

This part of the creek has a lot of exposed gravel, as well as a lot of tires and other items. There is a fair amount of wildlife that can be viewed in this area but seeing some of it will require you to slow down a bit.
