September Meeting Recap

Our September meeting was held on Monday September 11, 2023. There were nine people in attendance. The meeting featured a presentation on Butterflies of West Tennessee given by Bart Jones. We were able to record most of the presentation which can be seen on our facebook page or you can click here. Additionally we had a recap of our clean-up that was held on Saturday August 26th at the Nonconnah Greenbelt Park on Forest Hill Irene, and our Labor Day Hike along the creek near Hacks Cross Rd. Upcoming events before our next meeting will be a Field Trip to the Lakeview Rd area of the creek in Whitehaven on Saturday the 16th at 8am. We will also have a table at the University of Memphis Tiger Blue Goes Green event on Wednesday October 5th. Our next meeting is scheduled for Monday October 9th at 7pm in Johnson Hall on the U of M Main Campus.
